When perimenopause hit me at 42, it challenged everything I knew as a personal trainer and nutritionist. Despite my background studying under experts like Sebastian Oreb and Dr. Layne Norton, I felt completely unprepared. This led me to dive deep into women's physiology, studying under pioneers in menopause research. What I discovered transformed my approach to women's health and inspired me to create Inner Girl Power - a platform bridging the gap between suffering in silence and medical intervention.
